In 1985, Dr. Beach of HPI Research Institute in Japan proposed Pd theory and Pd operation (dental four-hand operation guided by Pd theory) and a complete theoretical system, which standardized the strict operation standardization. At present, the oral four-hand operation technology has been recognized by the World Health Organization and promoted and applied to the world through the World Pd Health Social Science.
